FLAME’S ‘THE 6TH’ DEBUTS AT NO. 1; ANDREA HELMS ‘MOVING FORWARD’ DEBUTS AT NO. 2

Christian Hip Hop Recording artist, Flame is back with his latest effort “The 6th,” in which hit shelves last week and made an impressive impact on the iTunes music chart. “The 6th” was the No. 1 Hip Hop album on iTunes, and that’s very impressive for a Christian Hip Hop album! Now, the Nielsen Soundscan charts have been released and Flame has snagged the No. 1 position on Billboard’s Top Gospel Album chart. “The 6th” moved an outstanding 7,406 units in its first week! Congrats to Flame on a successful first week.

Taking the No. 2 spot on Billboard’s Top Gospel Album chart is Andrea Helms with her debut EP “Moving Forward.” The Season 4 Sunday Best runner-up moved an impressive 6,649 units in her first week. Congrats to Andrea Helms and Music World Gospel on a successful week. Coming in at No. 3 is one of the most popular Gospel compilation series, Wow Gospel 2012. Taking the No. 4 spot on Billboard’s Top Gospel Album chart is “God, Love, & Romance” from Fred Hammond. Congratulations to Fred Hammond on yet another successful week.

And coming in at No. 5 is Grammy Award winning songstress Le’Andria Johnson with her most recent EP “The Evolution of Le’Andria Johnson.” The Evolution is not moving as fast as her debut EP “The Awakening of Le’Andria Johnson,” but she’s still winning! “The Awakening of Le’Andria Johnson” has sold a total of 144,505 units!!
