SHERI JONES-MOFFETT LOOKING FOR BACKGROUND SINGERS
Sheri Jones-Moffett, we know her from Gospel duo Ted & Sheri as well as from her run with Donald Lawrence & The Tri-City Singers. I know we all remember Sheri’s stellar performance on Donald Lawrence’s “Encourage Yourself.” Well since then Sheri inked a record deal with EMI Gospel and back in ’09 she released her solo debut “Renewed,” in which debuted at No. 6 on Billboard’s Top Gospel Album chart, and garnered her a Grammy nomination. Today, Sheri took to twitter to announce that she’s seeking background singers for her LIVE recording in Memphis this summer!

Auditions will be held Saturday, April 21, 2012 in Memphis, Tennessee. Not sure who’s handling production for the Live recording just yet, but I do know that the recording will be EPIC and you don’t want to miss it!
