New Song: Leah Smith – ‘Grow Up’

There is no stopping rising star Leah Smith.

The soulful songstress has seen 2012 bring with it ample praise from the likes of BET Music Matters, and has shared the stage with the likes of John Legend, Chrisette Michele, and Robin Thicke.

Yet with the New Year looming, so too does new music. The Philadelphia native is readying her new EP, which is scheduled to arrive in March of 2013. Take a listen to “Grow Up” below, lifted from her forthcoming EP. The song, an ode to maturing in life and relationships, highlights Leah’s impressive songwriting skills and signature vocals, reminiscent of eclectic singer Amel Larrieux!
