TobyMac’s ‘Eye On It’ Set to Top Billboard 200
One of Christian music’s best selling artists, TobyMac continues to drum up quite the buzz! His latest album “Eye On It” is set to make a roar on the Billboard 200 next week.
Combining elements of rock, pop, and hip hop TobyMac‘s first four solo projects reached RIAA Gold status and received Grammy nominations! And by the looks of it he’ll be continuing that success with his new album. Get the full details below…
According to Billboard, the “City On Our Knees” singer is set to snag the #1 spot on on the Billboard 200 chart! EPIC. Sources are predicting that the “Eye On It” LP sold roughly around 60,000 copies. To see a Christian album atop the Billboard 200 chart will be AMAZING, and will go down in history! The last time a Christian album topped the Billboard 200 was LeAnn Rimes‘ “You Light Up My Life – Inspirational Songs” back in ’97. So we’re well overdue for another Christian Billboard 200 chart-topper.
