Yolanda Adams To Perform On FOX’s Live Musical Event “The Passion”

Yolanda Adams, five-time Grammy-winning gospel artist and pioneer, will be a part of a very special FOX live musical event! On Palm Sunday, March 20th, 2016, FOX will broadcast a performance of “The Passion,” live from New Orleans.

Hosted by Tyler Perry, “The Passion” will tell the story of Jesus of Nazareth from The Last Supper through to his resurrection. In this monumental television event, Yolanda Adams will open the show with a special live performance.

This edition to the live musical genre, which has already seen performances of The Sound of Music, The Wiz, Grease and many more, is new. “The Passion” will be the first inspirational and faith-based musical to join the prime-time live musical lineup!
