CELEBRATES 5TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Frequently cited and recognized by leading gospel industry trade resources as the “Top Gospel Internet Radio Station,” Yes Lord Radio (YLR) will begin their new year with an impressive two-day celebration and musical extravaganza commemorating their 5th Year Anniversary.
After months of strategic planning, YLR has officially announced the celebratory plans honoring their five-year mark in the gospel music industry. Social media has been all the buzz since the plans were released, which detail an exciting weekend filled with an urban showcase followed by a gospel explosion in Nashville, Tennessee. Musical guests from all over the country are coming to lend their talents to the festivities, which also include comedy, food, and special recognitions from the gospel industry, ecumenical community and civic government.
The anniversary celebration kicks off on Saturday, January 24th at 6 PM as YLR presents “C.L.U.B. Yes Lord” at the Crossings Event Center, located at 5380 Hickory Hollow Parkway. Tyscot Music and Entertainment artist Damita, along with YLR personalities Meesa and Meah, will share hosting duties on a platform that will feature blazing performances from the industry fan favorites, Jonathan McReynolds, Amber Bullock, Derek Minor and many more, including TRan, Keesha Rainey, Mark Ant, 7even, Preacha’ Boi, Andale with DJ Showtime keeping things hype, tight and right on the 1’s and 2’s.
On Sunday, January 25th at 5PM, the celebration moves to the Cathedral of Praise Church Of God In Christ located at 4300 Clarksville Pike, where Yes Lord Radio proudly presents its Official 5th Annual Anniversary Celebration. Veteran radio personalities, Damon King and Lady Shaunte’ Garrett will share hosting duties for this gospel explosion featuring live performances from top artists including Grammy award winner Dorinda Clark Cole; the “First Lady of Praise and Worship,” Dr. Judith Christie McAllister; Sunday Best Season 7 winner, Geoffrey Golden; famed choirmaster Darrel Petties, and many more. Renowned comedian Bone Hampton will also add his side splitting humor to the mix for what promises to be the best YLR event to date.
