For the first time ever, Sunday Best will release their first compilation album featuring songs from the top ten contestants from Season 5, including songs from Sunday Best winner Joshua Rogers that were performed on the hit show.
The Top 10 – DaNetra Moore, Jeremy Hill, Keith Ball, Michael Lampkin, Joshua Rogers, Alexis Spight, Kizzy Walker, Ashford Sanders, Brian Luther and Sara Escamilla – were mentored each week by Kim Burrell (aka The Voice), the multiple award-winning songstress.
“BET Sunday Best Season 5 Top Ten” will come courtesy of Music World Gospel on December 11th. Hit play, and get into Joshua Rogers, Alexis Spight, and Kim Burrell’s take on the Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes classic “Wake Up Everybody“, in which was a shining moment on the show’s finale, and just so happens to be the project’s lead single.
